This form of qigong works through elegant movements and meditations inspired by the world's great spiritual traditions. Jesus Standing evokes the experience of love in the body through movement as well as stillness. The physical movements cultivate the quality and quantity of one’s chi,and the cultivation of inner stillness brings one back to the experience of one’s own heart. This set calms one’s disposition and helps eliminate worries. Regular practice can help us release ourselves from past worries or confusion. Guaranteed to warm your heart whatever your religion!

WUDANG MOUNTAIN'S SHIAO YAO JANG

Wudang Mountain was always regarded as a meeting place between heaven and earth. There are numerous legendary stories of many Taoists and other religious hermits in Chinese history coming there to cultivate longevity and good health. These practitioners developed many movement forms in their quest for immortality and I have been blessed to study some of them including Shaio Yao Jang.

This is the real Wudang internal kungfu that slows the aging process and helps you enjoy a longer, more prosperous life. Combining the 4 aspects of internal work -- tui

na (breathing methods), daoyin (stretching techniques), caibu (collecting and nourishing with chi) and hunyuan (cultivating the original soul), it can also help you develop your intuition and your hidden potential.Take a look here.

Tai Chi is a graceful series of movements performed in slow motion. Easy on the joints, it is a powerful stress reliever for a busy lifestyle. A simple 13 movement form for beginners incorporates all the Tai Chi principles - relaxation, grounding, energy flow and alignment.

Study of this form will count toward the prerequisite 70 hours for Mantak Chia's teacher training in June.
