Daisy’s teachings offer women a pathway to experience and realize radiant health, inner peace, outer beauty and a positive outlook on life. Learning from her master teachers in China, Tibet and the West, Daisy combined their most effective practices to create Radiant Lotus Qigong to support women in addressing health concerns unique to them – fibrocystic breast disease, tumors, cysts, problematic menstrual cycles, menopausal symptoms, decreased bone density and more.

Radiant Lotus Qigong is a living philosophy that invites practitioners to take personal responsibility for their health and well-being with the daily practice of gentle, non-invasive health exercises that renew the body, clear the mind and have the potential to transform awareness. Pressure points, self-massage techniques, sound vibration and meditation are part of this women’s health and empowerment program, along with beautiful, flowing movements that open up the body’s energy channels. Practitioners report improved ability to cope with stress, increased stamina, mental focus, better immunity, and a sense of inner peace and well-being. Women of all experience are welcome!
