TAO YIN –YOGA WITH CHI!

Chinese health & fitness exercises initially inspired by mimicking animals, have a history going back thousands of years. Translated literally as “directing chi with mind/eye/heart power”, this is a simple yet powerful practice that trains the mind to guide internal energy through specific meridians, strengthen joints and tendons, and revitalize and detoxify the body. $27 Drop-in; $144 for 6 week series
