Sheng Zhen Gong
Master Li Junfeng is one of the true Qigong Masters in our lifetime and the principal teacher of Sheng Zhen Gong – translated as “Unconditional Love” or “Sacred Truth” Qigong. This qigong system is composed of sets of graceful sitting and standing movements and meditations inspired by the world’s great spiritual traditions. This form of qigong has three functions—to improve the body’s health, to remove negative emotions and thoughts, and to open one’s heart to the sacred truth of unconditional love.
We are fortunate this spring to have 2 visits from Master Li!
He will be teaching a very special qigong that has not been taught here before – Breath of Life (Lung Qigong) on the weekend of May 5-7. In order to participate in this weekend event, you need to have practiced some form of Sheng Zhen Gong and it is recommended that you have practiced or studied Sheng Zhen Healing Gong.
On March 30, he will offer an evening seminar on this prerequisite, Sheng Zhen Healing Gong.

Breath of Life – Lung Qigong
The quality of the breath reflects the efficiency of the qi as it moves in the human body. When you befriend your breath and are comfortable with it, you befriend the qi. Movement in any form of Wuji Yuan Gong helps regulate the balance of qi which is reflected in the breath.
The lungs are always in a state of exchange – breathing in, breathing out, receiving qi, giving qi. The lungs serve as a work station that processes the air the body inhales for its needs. There are muscles and tissues that support this tireless human engine. Qi propels this engine and the surrounding tissues.
For those who are generally well, this healing qigong will help maintain the efficiency of the lungs in the midst of the unhealthy air found in most cities today. But more importantly, this qigong assists the lungs in their qigong function. When the qi in the lungs is in balance, what follows is the harmony of the giving of oneself and the ability to embrace what life has to offer fearlessly.
Breath of Life consists of 10 movements, both sitting and standing.
NCCAOM offers 12 hours of CEUs for this course. Get your requirements while you learn valuable practices to help you take better care of yourself and your clients.
