108 Movement Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form

The supreme ultimate in movement meditation, Tai Chi is a graceful series of movements performed in slow motion. Easy on the joints, it is a powerful stress reliever for a busy lifestyle. We will be doing the Yang Style 108 movements.  This is a commitment so if you are serious about Tai Chi, you will put this in your calendar and show up for every session!

$30 to drop-in; $162 for 6-session package payable in advance only on March 8 and April 19.
