The supreme ultimate in movement meditation, Tai Chi is a graceful series of movements performed in slow motion. Easy on the joints, it is a powerful stress reliever for a busy lifestyle. We will be doing the Yang Style 108 movements.  This is a commitment so if you are serious about Tai Chi, you will put this in your calendar and show up for every session! Contact me if you want to jump in.

We also are practicing Shiao Yao Jang (gentle fist!), an internal form from Wudang Mountain.  Lyrical and energizing!
